When contacting support, please include:

  • Your Account ID / Workspace Name.
  • The specific exact time (with timezone) you encountered an issue.
  • Relevant `Call IDs` or `Record IDs` from your logs if debugging a failed call.
  • An exact snippet of your Voice XML payload (if debugging XML).
