Before integrating with any platform, ensure you have the following:
Vobiz Account
Create a Vobiz account via the API. You'll need your account_id and API credentials.
SIP Trunk
Create a SIP trunk for your account. You'll receive a unique SIP domain like trk_abc123.sip.vobiz.ai.
Account Balance
Add funds to your account to enable outbound calls and number provisioning. Check the Balance & Billing section for details.
Platform Account
Sign up for an account on your chosen integration platform (LiveKit, ElevenLabs, VAPI, etc.) and obtain necessary API keys.
Getting Started
Step 1: Choose Your Platform
Select one of the supported platforms above based on your use case. Each platform offers different capabilities for voice AI, WebRTC, and conversational interfaces.
Step 2: Review Prerequisites
Make sure you have a Vobiz SIP trunk created and configured. You'll need the trunk's SIP domain, username, and authentication credentials.
Step 3: Follow Platform Guide
Click on any platform card above to access the detailed integration guide. Each guide includes step-by-step instructions, code examples, and troubleshooting tips.
Step 4: Test Your Integration
After configuration, test your integration with a sample call. Verify CDRs are being logged and balance is being debited correctly.
