Can I purchase additional Concurrency or CPS?

Yes. Once your account has completed regulatory verification, your base provisioning limits guarantee a stable starting baseline. As your call volume expands, you will likely need to increase your operational capabilities.

How to request an upgrade

We provide dynamic scaling for both Concurrent channels and CPS constraints to easily support thousands of concurrent calls seamlessly.

  1. Log into the Vobiz Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select the Limits & Quotas tab to view your current capacities.
  3. Ensure you have sufficient prepaid balance or a dedicated post-paid billing arrangement. Limit modifications often require a nominal recurring or one-time provision fee depending on the requested volume.
  4. Click the Request Increase payload button, specify whether you need higher Concurrency or CPS (or both), and our network team will provision it.
